Project Manager - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Project Manager to join the expanding team based in the South Wales region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor based in Cardiff.

The Project Manager will initially head up the team working on a new build education facility based in Cardiff (circa £25m).

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as Project Lead
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Experience managing clients and sub-contractors
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
- Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
- Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
- Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

The Package:
- Basic salary of £67,500 - £82,500
- Company Car or Car Allowance

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager delivering construction projects ranging from £10m+
