Saxton was established by Mark Dalgleish in 2016, with the aim of becoming a leading construction permanent recruitment partner in the Midlands. After 12 years working in sales driven environments Saxton was founded as a specialist recruitment partner focussed on attracting the top talent for leading employers based in the Midlands.
Our collaborative approach to recruitment and focus on ‘service not sales’ was welcomed by employers and talent looking for an experienced recruitment partner operating with their best interests at heart.
During our first year Saxton were retained to manage a major recruitment campaign for PCS, alongside placing construction professionals with Bowmer & Kirkland, B&K Building Services, Galliford Try, Interserve, G F Tomlinson Building, G F Tomlinson & Sons, Stepnell Construction, Wildgoose Construction, Pure Construction, Thomas & Sons, Vaughandale Construction and Paragon Interiors.
