The redevelopment of Nottingham's Boots Island site is finally going to happen - and we think it looks amazing!
Long-awaited plans to redevelop the Boots Island site and create new homes, offices and a five-star hotel, are finally set to get the go-ahead.
The 40-acre site has lain derelict for many years, but after a series of public consultations and negotiations, Nottingham City Council says it is confident of giving outline planning permission for the project next month.
