GMI wins £32m Birmingham Jewellery Quarter flats job

Property developer HBD has signed up GMI Construction to deliver a 101 flats with ground floor retail in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham.
The canal-side development, titled ‘Setl’, is HBD’s first city centre development in Birmingham and has been designed by local architects BPN.
The scheme will feature a courtyard, workspace, a lounge and a gym, along with a rooftop garden on the upper floors of the six-storey building.
