Tia joined us last September, just as we were moving from our old office in Southwell to our new office in Hockley, and she has made a huge impact at Saxton already.
Tia manages our talent attraction process and is often the first point of contact for construction professionals looking to progress their career.
Associate Director Joseph Hughes has previously worked with Tia and was instrumental in her joining the business, here is what he had to say about her promotion.
