All properties being built are set to appeal to a variety of homebuyers, including first time buyers, growing families and downsizers alike.

As part of the planning agreement for the new development, the developers are injecting more than £1.5 million into local community facilities and infrastructure, as well as providing on-site open space for public leisure.

Contributions of more than £1.1 million will go towards local primary school education, £174,524 to healthcare, over £156,000 towards the improvements of bus stops, bus services and taster tickets, and an additional £29,000 to highway improvements.

Sutton-in-Ashfield offers a convenient lifestyle for residents with a prime location just four miles west of Mansfield, two miles from the Derbyshire border and 12 miles north of Nottingham.

The developers are set to launch the first properties for sale at the beginning of spring, which will provide prospective buyers with the first opportunity to secure a brand-new home at the development.
