Quantity Surveyor - a leading Tier 1 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team delivering projects across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across the West Midlands.

They are also partners on several frameworks including SCAPE, MOJ, P22 / P23+. Department for Education and as such have an extremely strong pipeline of work and a full order book for 2024 / 2025.

The initial project is an exciting healthcare development for a prestigious public sector client in Birmingham (£12m). You will be the commercial lead on the project reporting directly into the Commercial Manager - which is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and progress within the business.

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
- Company car or allowance (£6,500)
