Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team delivering construction projects across the public sector across the East Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across education, commercial, mixed-use, retail and leisure ranging from £5m - £50m.

The initial project is a major development for a key public sector client and consists of new office block and sports centre alongside the refurbishment and repurposing of several associated buildings (£60m).

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £52,500 - £57,500
- Company car or allowance (£5,000)
