Senior Quantity Surveyor - a growing Construction Consultancy & Building Contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor join a growing Derby based business which is delivering new build and refurbishment projects from £1m - £5m.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with one of the company founders on developments procured internally across apartments / multi-room, education, commercial and residential sectors.

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
- Company Car Allowance

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record delivering construction projects up to £5m or above with a building contractor.
