Senior Site Manager - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Site Manager - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Senior Site Manager to join the expanding team based in the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to deliver design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

Our client has several projects across education and healthcare sectors - the initial project is a new build education scheme in Leicestershire (£16m).

The Package:
- Basic salary of £65,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
- Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
- Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
- Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as Senior Site Manager
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Experience managing clients and sub-contractors
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Senior Site Manager delivering projects valued £5m+.
