Senior Design Manager - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Senior Design Manager to join the expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to work on design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

They have several projects started including across education, healthcare and defence sectors - the initial project is a defence scheme for the MoD (£20m).

The Package:
- Basic salary of £70,000 - £80,000 (Nego DOE)
- Company Car Allowance (£6,500)

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review the technical aspects of details put forward by architects and engineers
- Coordinate changes with the Design team to ensure best value
- Lead design team meetings and coordinate build process
- Liaise with client and consultant throughout the project

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Design Manager delivering construction projects ranging from £5m+
