Senior Quantity Surveyor - a leading UK contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale design and build projects ranging from £20m to £120m.

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000
- Company Car Allowance (£6,000)
- Performance Related Bonus
- Annual Company Bonus

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £20m - £120m.
